Since each item is made to order, it can take 3-7 business days to process after placing the order before it is shipped out. However, your order starts production within the first 24 hours. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
We will accept any returns for all undamaged and unused items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases (Custom kits are non-refundable).

Although, these paintings have less details than the larger canvases, you'll still be able to experience the fun and joy that diamond painting provides.

This will depend on the size of your canvas as well as the speed at which you work. Our smallest canvas can take up to 15 hours to complete if it's your first time.
